1. Service Categories

1.1 Training Services

Upskillor live and virtual instruction sessions led by experienced professionals. Scheduling options include single workshops, multi-day programs, and corporate group sessions. Participants may request adjustments to session dates subject to availability.

1.2 Digital Products

On-demand courses, tutorials, and electronic materials accessible through our platform. Content is delivered immediately upon purchase for self-paced learning.

1.3 Merchandise

Physical items such as textbooks, workbooks, and branded materials available for purchase and shipped to your provided address.

2. Reimbursement and Transfer Policy

2.1 Training Services

Cancellation up to seven days before the scheduled start grants full reimbursement to your original payment method within fourteen business days. After this window, session fees are non-reimbursable but may be applied to a future offering within six months at no extra fee. Certain bespoke coaching packages are non-reimbursable due to dedicated instructor reservations; however, sessions may be rescheduled once within thirty days at no additional charge.

2.2 Digital Products

Eligible for reimbursement if requested within fourteen days of purchase and less than ten percent of the content has been accessed. Approved requests will be processed to your original payment method within fourteen business days following confirmation.

2.3 Merchandise

Defective or damaged items may be interactiond or reimbursed if reported within seven days after delivery using our contact form. Goods must be in original, unused condition. Shipping fees for replacement or reimbursement are covered by Upskillor for verified defects. Approved reimbursements will be credited to the original payment method within fourteen business days.

3. No Reimbursement Circumstances

Certain specialized offerings, including limited-enrollment masterclasses and proprietary coaching programs, are explicitly non-reimbursable. This policy reflects our commitment to reserving qualified instructors and resources for enrolled participants. All sales for these programs are final once enrollment is confirmed.

4. Procedure for Requests

To initiate a reimbursement or transfer inquiry, please complete the process via our contact form and include your order details. We strive to respond to all requests within three business days.

5. Amendments

Upskillor reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Changes become effective upon posting to upskillor.click. Continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
